Sanpin-cha Jasmine Tea uses only high quality tea leaves. These are semi-fermented tea leaves (20% fermentation) that are scented with jasmine leaves.
Teas are classified into different groups according to the degree of fermentation, for example green tea (0%) and oolong (50-70%). Sanpin-cha jasmine tea is very lightly fermented, and is therefore classified in the same group as classic green tea.
