Matcha - Culinary grade is an ideal choice for baking, cooking or preparing smoothies. Its intense flavour and aroma are perfect for a variety of recipes.
 
This type of matcha is not intended to be enjoyed on its own - for a traditional tea ceremony, choose our Uji no Aji matcha (standard ceremonial grade), which is more delicate and suitable for direct consumption.  

We recommend using Matcha - Ceremonial grade, especially where matcha becomes part of a recipe and its distinctive notes develop in combination with other ingredients.
