Kabusecha Aracha of the Gokou variety is an unregistered cultivar specially developed for the soil and climate of Kyoto Prefecture, where the Kiroku Tea Garden is located.
This tea is 'untreated', which means that it retains its original rough form. This untreated gem can be further combined with other leaves to produce other teas such as Sencha or Gyokuro.

Preparation procedure:
- 1. infusion: 3 to 5 grams of tea, 200 ml water, 70°C, 60 seconds
- 2nd infusion: 200 ml water, 70°C, 90 seconds
- 3rd infusion: 200 ml water, 70°C, 3 minutes
- 4th infusion: 200 ml water, 80°C, 5 minutes
