The production of this tea involves light steaming, rolling and drying. Unlike traditional oolongs, Needle Oolong is rolled into a "needle" shape, similar to Japanese Sencha tea, which contributes to its unique texture and aesthetic. 

This unusual process gives the tea an unmistakable character while preserving its natural freshness.

• Storage: Store in a closed container in a cool, dry place out of sunlight
• Preparation procedure:
• 1. infusion: 3 to 5 grams of tea, 200 ml of water, 80°C, 60 seconds
• 2nd infusion: 200 ml water, 80°C, 90 seconds
• 3rd infusion: 200 ml water, 80°C, 3 minutes
• 4th infusion: 200 ml water, 90°C, 5 minutes
