Shizuhime no Shiro
Single origin matcha from Okabe-cho (Fujieda, Shizuoka Prefecture).
This matcha comes from tea gardens in misty mountainous areas. It has a distinctive aroma and a delicate, smooth taste – slightly bitter, yet creamy. It is perfect for both a lighter cup of pure matcha and a premium matcha latte.
The tea leaves are grown covered, which limits sunlight exposure and helps preserve the fullness of the flavor. After harvesting, they are gently dried without rubbing, and only the soft, high-quality parts of the leaves are carefully selected for preparation.
