This matcha is the ideal choice for more advanced home preparation – it has a beautifully balanced bitterness and sweetness and a pleasantly full flavor. We recommend it for a milder (less strong) tea and for a truly luxurious matcha latte.


The leaves are grown in the shade under a special cover that limits sunlight exposure and helps preserve their flavor and freshness. After harvesting, they are gently dried without rubbing, and only the finest, highest-quality parts of the leaves are selected for matcha production.
